I figured doing this publicly might start to look a little circle-jerky (even if the whole point of a game HMD is to use it) when I'm not hitting up the whole game with ~~positivity~~ but goddamn it, I think you need a little, and I am not above heaping p r a i s e when it's earned, so!!!

The point I actually want to make is how, jfc, senpai, idk how you do it, but. Everything you do is impressive. Everything your write, everything you throw at me, everything you are ♥. And I don't mean this in a "Rie, you need to live up to X-expectations" (in which case I'm probably word vomiting at you with the wrong account, but I'm already here), just in a very literal "shit, I am always starstruck, what the fuck am I doing here" way.
You go out of your way to be inclusive. You go out of your way to push boundaries, to try new things, to push your limits (and in turn, mine too). You challenge yourself, and in turn, you issue the same challenge to everyone around you, and as selfish as this might sound, it's a really rare thing to meet a writer whose company and encouragement all in itself is a challenge to do better. I'm better off for knowing you, let alone writing/rping with you.

You clearly care a lot about what you're doing, and who you're doing it with. Passion and empathy are both contagious, and I, frankly, don't know where I would be without either right now. (It's rare also, to care so much about this hobby we're pouring parts of our souls into and have it care back.)
If you think you're anything short of amazing, I will come over there and start Kamina-speeching at you like we're at a 2007-era anime convention. ♥ ♥ ♥

I'd rather respond to most of this in private, but for the record — knowing you and writing with you and making plans for the future with you! it's been the highlight of the past few months for me. So thank you, and thank you again. Here's hoping the RP keeps coming in the months to come and - more than that - that you don't manage to wriggle away from me and my lack of gay threesome icons once you realize that I'm the human equivalent of Rei's beautiful bellyflop into the Samezuka pool.
